Q: Does Mr. Moyes know how much school work I am doing at home?
A: Yes. Mr. Moyes will be checking Lexia, ST Math, Moby Max, Utah Compose, and Class DoJo to check on your progress.
Q: How do I ask Mr. Moyes a question if I need help?
A: There are a few ways: Send me a message on Class DoJo once you get your own account set up or ask your parents to send me a message on their DoJo. I have office hours Monday - Friday from 10 am to noon and will check for your questions. You can also send me messages and ask questions directly from MobyMax and the Messenger tab. Another way is to use Teams to "chat" live with me for homework help, general questions, or just to say hello. We also have staff from the school who will call you to check in and see how you are doing and if you need help.
Q: How can I get internet access if I don't have it?
A: Comcast is providing 2 months of free internet to Salt Lake City School District families if you apply by April 30th. After your first 2 months expire, you can either cancel the service (which you can do at any time) or keep it as a regular paying Internet Essentials customer for $9.95/month. The school district has been pre-approved for an easy enrollment process for families. Just call 855-846-8376 or apply online at www.InternetEssentials.com. You will need to provide contact information and school name.
